How to stay up to date with the latest technology
Both SAP systems and business processes are subject to constant change. This means that a risk rule set is not static. Creating it once and then not adapting it for years is no longer possible. The SAP S/4HANA® environment in particular is still subject to many changes, which also affect authorisations and thus also the rule set. For example, when switching from SAP ERP® to SAP S/4HANA®, in most cases a redesign of the authorisation concept is carried out, which also means a redesign of the risk rule set.
Our risk rule set is regularly revised, both with regard to changing functions / processes in the SAP systems and with regard to technology, e.g. when new transactions or SAP Fiori apps are added or new authorisation objects. These changes are delivered twice a year so that your rule set is always up to date. The rule set in ECS or CheckAud® automatically determine whether these changes are then really relevant for your systems; no manual reworking is required here. This is because in addition to the actual risks, automation rules are also integrated, which automatically adapt the risks to your SAP systems.
